![]() ![]() It was too late for me as I had to go to an event and had a very packed next day and had no time to pack/move room so I said no to her offer. Asked her why was I not informed she could not provide a reason. Called front, spoke with Brontë again who said they have a lake view room for me. Next day returned to my room after 6pm, found no housekeeping done in my room. Messaged Tracy about my experience, she never bothered to respond, still waiting to hear from her. She texted me phone number/email of hotel GM Tracy for escalation. Called from desk, spoke with another manager Bronte, she said she will have the room changed next day and will text me when the room is ready. When I went to my room, it actually opened to their back with their garbage bins, no lake. Majid said that to compensate for my wait he has given me a room with lake view. In the meantime another guest joined me with the same issue (her room was also not ready and she was also told that she will receive a text but never got it. Asked why was I not informed informed - she went inside the office and after 10 minutes, she came out with a manager Majid. Did not receive any text so went to concierge’s desk at about 4.45pm, was told that the room is ready. Was told that they will text me once the room is ready. Was informed that room is not ready which is perfectly understandable as I was early. You never know who you might see on a stroll around the lake.Įxtremely poor service, staff and management were apathetic - flew from Toronto on a Business trip, arrived at the hotel just after 3pm (check-in time is 4pm).
